- 2 Salmon filets skin removed and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- Fresh garlic grated
Spicy Mayo
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sriracha
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
For Serving
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- Avocado
- Cucumbers
- Sesame seeds optional
- Sliced scallions optional

Cook the rice according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Cut the salmon into evenly sized bite-size pieces and place them in a bowl.
Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, sriracha, and freshly grated garlic. Toss gently until the salmon is evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Arrange the salmon pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry the salmon at 400°F for 5 minutes, or until cooked to your liking. Cooking time may vary slightly depending on the size of the salmon pieces and your air fryer.
Meanwhile, prepare the spicy mayo by combining the mayonnaise, sriracha, and sesame oil until smooth.
Divide the cooked rice among bowls and top with the air-fried salmon and sliced avocado.
Drizzle generously with spicy mayo and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions, if desired. Serve immediately.
Stovetop Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated salmon pieces in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until nicely caramelized and cooked through.
Oven Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the marinated salmon pieces in a single layer and bake for 7-10 minutes, or until cooked through. For more caramelized edges, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end, keeping a close eye on them.
