Air Fryer Boneless Chicken Thighs

This is probably the easiest air fryer recipe you’ll ever make! Nothing complicated, fancy, or time-consuming. Just season the chicken, pop it in the air fryer, and cook. It’s that simple.

INGREDIENTS

– Chicken thighs – Kosher salt – Black pepper – Garlic powder – Paprika – Onion powder – Italian seasoning – Olive oil

Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes. 

In a small bowl, mix the spices. Pat dry the chicken thighs with a paper towel on both sides.

Coat the chicken thighs with olive oil and season the chicken with the spice blend.

Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket and sprinkle a little extra salt on top of the chicken. 

Tips and Recipe Variations

– Try to use evenly sized boneless chicken thighs so they cook evenly. If one chicken thigh is a lot bigger than the rest, cook them in batches.
