When I was in High School I worked at a cupcake bakery that made these delicious blue velvet cupcakes stuffed with blueberries. Don’t confuse these with blueberry cupcakes, they taste very different.

all purpose flour sugar salt baking soda apple cider vinegar vegetable oil buttermilk vanilla extract blue food coloring 1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
