Cajun Shrimp Scampi 

Cajun shrimp scampi is a quick and easy meal that’s loaded with flavor! You can serve it with crusty Italian bread, pasta, or rice.

It’s spicy, garlicky, and perfectly seasoned.


– Shrimp – Pasta – Chicken stock – Lemon – Butter – Capers – Cajun seasoning – Paprika – Olive oil – Parmesan – Parsley

Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and Cajun seasoning.

Add the butter, garlic, and red crushed pepper to the skillet and cook for 20 seconds. 

Stir in the white wine, lemon juice, and capers. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 10-15 minutes. 

While the sauce cooks, cook the pasta according to packaging instructions and reserve some pasta water. 

Tips and Recipe Variations

– Allow the sauce to simmer for at least 10 minutes so it reduces by half and thickens. – Not a fan of shrimp? Use chicken, lobster, or scallops instead!
