Ham And Cheese Omelet 

This ham and cheese omelet is fluffy, flavorful, and super easy to make. Made with eggs, honey ham, swiss cheese, butter, and chives.

This ham and swiss cheese omelet is so delicious and I make it at least twice a month.


– Eggs – Water – Ham – Swiss cheese – Butter – Chives – Salt – Pepper 

In a large bowl, beat the eggs and water until well combined. Stir in the ham and set it aside. 

Add the butter to a skillet and allow it to melt completely. 

Add the whisked eggs to the skillet and cook without stirring. Cook over medium-low heat. 

Once the edges start to set, push the edges towards the center so it gets nice and fluffy. This will give it volume.

Tips and Recipe Variations

– Feel free to add in some caramelized veggies and or crispy bacon. – Use a nonstick skillet so the omelet doesn’t stick.
