– 1 lb baby yellow potatoes – 3 garlic cloves – 1 tsp Italian seasoning – 1/2 tsp granulated garlic – 1/4 tsp paprika – 3 tbsp olive oil – 3 tbsp butter – salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Roasted Garlic Potatoes 

Preheat oven to 400F. Combine the paprika, granulated garlic, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Finely mince some fresh garlic.
