    Roasted Garlic Potatoes

    Baby Yellow Potatoes coated with lots of garlic and Italian seasoning. These roasted garlic potatoes will melt in your mouth and are the ultimate side dish!

    Super garlicky and crispy on the outside but super soft inside. I love serving these roasted potatoes with some grilled chicken or some scrambled eggs with peppers and onions. Made in under 35 minutes, you can’t beat it. You can even use leftovers to make a potato omelet.

     

    How to Make Roasted Garlic Potatoes 

     

    Preheat oven to 400F. Combine the paprika, granulated garlic, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Finely mince some fresh garlic. Slice the potatoes in bite-sized pieces and coat with olive oil, fresh garlic, and spice blend. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping occasionally.

    You may use any potato you’d like for this recipe, Although I used baby yellow potatoes.

    Roasted Garlic Potato Ingredients: 

     

    • 1 lb baby potatoes
    • 3 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
    • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
    • 1/4 tsp paprika
    • 3 garlic cloves
    • 3 tbsp butter
    • Salt and Pepper to taste

    Top Tips for Roasting Potatoes 

     

    • Use only kosher or sea salt and be generous. Potatoes need plenty of salt.
    • Preheat oven to 400 F.
    • Coat the potatoes generously with oil before roasting.
    • Brush the potatoes with some butter as soon as they come out of the oven.

    Enjoy with ketchup or garlic mayo! This recipe will have your entire house smelling like delicious garlic potatoes.

    These buttery garlicky potatoes are the ultimate side dish. Make these melt in your mouth baby potatoes in under 35 minutes! 

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb baby yellow potatoes
    • 3 garlic cloves
    • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
    • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
    • 1/4 tsp paprika
    • 3 tbsp olive oil
    • 3 tbsp butter
    • salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 
    • Slice potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
    • Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and coat them with olive oil, Italian seasoning, granulated garlic, fresh garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and toss evenly. 
    • Bake for 30 minutes, flipping occasionally.
    • Add the butter to the cooked potatoes and enjoy!
