Veggie Cream Cheese Roll-ups 

These veggie cream cheese roll-ups aka pinwheels contain cream cheese, sour cream, broccoli, and carrots. A quick and easy recipe that comes together in minutes!

These actually taste better the following day so feel free to make them the night before! Just prepare them and cover them in plastic. You can slice them when you’re ready to serve.


– tortillas – carrots – broccoli – garlic powder – cream cheese – sour cream – salt – pepper

Discard the broccoli stem and roughly chop the broccoli florets. Scrub, peel, and grate the carrots using a box grater and set them aside. 

In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and chives. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste. 

Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on a large tortilla. Sprinkle the tortilla with the veggie mixture and then roll tightly. 

Cut the tortillas into 1-inch slices and enjoy!

Tips and Recipe Variations

- Feel free to include cucumbers, bell peppers, and onions! - If you’re not a fan of sour cream, use mayo instead.
