Air Fryer Turkey Meatballs
These air fryer turkey meatballs are made with ground turkey, ritz crackers, cheese, and lots of garlic! Serve these juicy meatballs with marinara sauce, bbq sauce, or sauceless!

- 1 lb ground turkey 85/15
- 10 ritz crackers
- 1 tbsp parsley fresh
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 1 egg
- 1/2 small onion finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves finely minced
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
Using a medium cookie scoop roll the turkey mixture into 2 tbsp balls and place them on a baking sheet.
Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray and preheat to 380 degrees F.
Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meatballs reaches 165 degrees F.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and enjoy!
- Want to make these spicy? Add sriracha or chili powder to the meat mixture!
- Don't have ground turkey on hand? Use ground chicken or ground beef.
- If serving as an appetizer, serve with toothpicks and napkins!
