Ingredients

  • 6 ears of corn silk and husks removed
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter softened at room temperature
  • Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • oil, for greasing the grill

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and grease it lightly with oil.
  • Place corn cobs on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes while flipping occasionally. Use tongs to flip corn.
  • Remove the corn from the grill, brush with softened butter, season with salt and pepper all over, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure to grease the grill with some oil so the corn doesn't stick.
  • The second you take the corn off the grill, brush it with softened butter and season with salt and pepper all over.
  • If you don't have an outdoor grill, use a grill that you can place over your stovetop or cook the corn directly on your stovetop.
