- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter softened
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Place all ingredients except for the chocolate chips into a bowl and mix with an electric mixer. Mix until smooth.
Fold in the chocolate chips and serve immediately. Serve with strawberries and graham cookies, if desired!
