- 6 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups half and half
- ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup parmesan cheese grated
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon chives fresh
- ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 pie crust
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Add the eggs, salt, and half and half to a large bowl and mix until well combined.
Whisk in the cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, and chives, then pour it into your pie crust and top it off with mozzarella cheese. I used a store-bought frozen pie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes and broil for 1 minute. Once it comes out of the oven, let it cool for 15 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
- To ensure a soft and creamy texture, be careful not to overbake the quiche.
- If using a store-bought pie crust, make sure to follow package instructions.
- Not a fan of the cheeses I recommended? Use your favorite cheese instead.
- Feel free to add spinach, mushrooms, ham, onions, etc!
