  • ½ lb ham thinly sliced
  • ½ lb honey turkey thinly sliced
  • ½ lb Swiss cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
  • powdered sugar to taste
  • raspberry preserves

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Using a serrated knife, slice the rolls in half lengthwise.
  • Add 6 slices of Swiss cheese on the bottom layer and then top it off with turkey slices, ham slices, and the remaining cheese.
  • Place the top roll on top of the ham, turkey, and cheese, and then prepare the butter mixture.
  • Melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave. Add the granulated garlic, if using unsalted butter, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
  • Pour the butter mixture over the sliders and brush it evenly. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Once the 20 minutes are up, uncover and bake for 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with powdered sugar and serve with raspberry preserves for extra flavor, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use soft rolls and fresh deli meat for best results!
  • Don't omit the garlic butter, it adds so much flavor!
  • Whatever you do, make sure to dip these sliders in raspberry preserves.
