Roasted Garlic Potatoes
These buttery garlicky potatoes are the ultimate side dish. Make these melt in your mouth baby potatoes in under 35 minutes!
Servings: 6 servings
- 1 lb baby yellow potatoes
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Slice potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and coat them with olive oil, Italian seasoning, granulated garlic, fresh garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and toss evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes, flipping occasionally.
Add the butter to the cooked potatoes and enjoy!
