Buttermilk Chocolate Chip Waffles
These buttermilk chocolate chip waffles are crispy on the outside and super chocolaty and moist on the inside. I love to serve it with lots of softened butter and maple syrup!

-
- Don't overmix the waffle batter; it will be slightly lumpy, but that's ok!
-
- Let the waffle batter rest for a few minutes before cooking the waffles.
-
- Spray your waffle machine with nonstick spray so the waffles don't stick.
-
- Allow the melted butter to cool for a few minutes so it doesn't scramble the eggs.
-
- Serve with lots of butter and maple syrup or vanilla ice cream!
