Classic Deviled Eggs

- 12 eggs
- 6 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons fresh chives
- salt and pepper to taste
- paprika, to taste
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water.
Bring the water up to a rolling boil and cook for 9-10 minutes.
Place the eggs in cold water and then peel them.
Slice the eggs lengthwise and scoop out the yolk and place it in a bowl.
Mash the yolks using a fork. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. Check for seasoning and add salt and pepper, if needed.
Evenly disperse the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Garnish with paprika, if desired and enjoy!
