Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls

These air fryer cheeseburger egg rolls are made with ground beef, cheese, and pickles. The ultimate appetizer or snack that everyone will enjoy!

They are so easy to make and require minimal ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

– beef – garlic powder – onion powder – pickles – ketchup – mustard – cheese – egg – olive oil – egg roll wrappers – cooking spray

Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, break it up, and brown it completely.

Add the onions and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the garlic, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Stir in the diced pickles and 1/4 cup of cheese. Check for seasoning and let the beef mixture cool for about 10 minutes. 

Lay out the egg roll wrappers and spoon about 3 tbsp of the beef mixture onto each egg roll wrapper and sprinkle 1 tsp of cheese on top, if desired.

Tips and Recipe Variations

If you don’t own an air fryer you can still make these! Just fry them in vegetable oil on the stovetop for 2-3 minutes on each side.
