These air fryer cheeseburger egg rolls are made with ground beef, cheese, and pickles. The ultimate appetizer or snack that everyone will enjoy!
If you love a good cheeseburger then you will certainly love these delicious egg rolls! They don’t need a dipping sauce because they are packed with flavor but feel free to enjoy them with ketchup or mayo.

Ingredient Notes
Egg Roll Wrappers -These can be found in the produce section at your local supermarket.
Pickles – I think this is the ingredient that really makes the egg rolls taste like a cheeseburger. I don’t recommend omitting the pickles unless you personally don’t like them.
Cheese – I used a mixture of mozzarella cheese and sharp cheddar although feel free to use American yellow cheese.
Beef – 80/20 ground beef is what I used for this recipe but you can use ground turkey instead.
Step-By-Step Instructions
- Add 2 tbsp of oil to a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, break it up, and brown it completely. This should take about 5 minutes.
- Add the onions and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the garlic, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes and then turn off the heat.
- Stir in the diced pickles and 1/4 cup of cheese. Check for seasoning and let the beef mixture cool for about 10 minutes.
- Lay out the egg roll wrappers and spoon about 3 tbsp of the beef mixture onto each egg roll wrapper and sprinkle 1 tsp of cheese on top, if desired. Fold according to package directions, using the beaten egg to seal the edges as you roll.
- Spray your air fryer basket with nonstick spray and place the egg rolls in the basket. Spray the egg rolls with nonstick spray. Cook for 4 minutes at 400 degrees F. Once the 4 minutes are up, flip the egg rolls and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Enjoy!

Yes, absolutely. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F, spray the egg rolls with cooking spray, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
