If you love a good cheeseburger then you will certainly love these delicious egg rolls! They don’t need a dipping sauce because they are packed with flavor but feel free to enjoy them with ketchup or mayo.

Why You’ll Love These Cheeseburger Egg Rolls

    • They are so easy to make and require minimal ingredients.
    • If you don’t own an air fryer you can still make these! Just fry them in vegetable oil on the stovetop for 2-3 minutes on each side.
    • Super crispy, cheesy, and tastes just like a cheeseburger.

    Ingredient Notes

Egg Roll Wrappers -These can be found in the produce section at your local supermarket.

Pickles – I think this is the ingredient that really makes the egg rolls taste like a cheeseburger. I don’t recommend omitting the pickles unless you personally don’t like them.

Cheese – I used a mixture of mozzarella cheese and sharp cheddar although feel free to use American yellow cheese.

Beef – 80/20 ground beef is what I used for this recipe but you can use ground turkey instead.

    Step-By-Step Instructions

    1. Add 2 tbsp of oil to a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, break it up, and brown it completely. This should take about 5 minutes.
    2. Add the onions and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the garlic, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes and then turn off the heat.
    3. Stir in the diced pickles and 1/4 cup of cheese. Check for seasoning and let the beef mixture cool for about 10 minutes.
    4. Lay out the egg roll wrappers and spoon about 3 tbsp of the beef mixture onto each egg roll wrapper and sprinkle 1 tsp of cheese on top, if desired. Fold according to package directions, using the beaten egg to seal the edges as you roll.
    5. Spray your air fryer basket with nonstick spray and place the egg rolls in the basket. Spray the egg rolls with nonstick spray. Cook for 4 minutes at 400 degrees F. Once the 4 minutes are up, flip the egg rolls and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Enjoy!

Can I Bake These In The Oven?

Yes, absolutely. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F, spray the egg rolls with cooking spray, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
