These air fryer chuletas are boneless pork chops seasoned and cooked to perfection! Super tender, juicy, and packed with flavor.

Serve these chuletas with Cuban red beans, white rice, and tomato avocado salad for a complete dinner meal.

Chuletas simply mean pork chops in Spanish. Growing up in a Cuban household, we ate chuletas regularly. They’re inexpensive, flavorful, and cook very quickly. If you don’t have an air fryer, check out this chuletas fritas recipe!

    Ingredient Notes

    • Pork Chops – I used four small boneless pork chops. If using bone-in pork chops, you’ll have to cook them for a few extra minutes.
    • Sazon – A Latin spice blend that can be found in the Hispanic section at your local supermarket.
    • Adobo – A Latin spice blend that can also be found in the Hispanic section at most groceries stores.
    • Garlic Powder – Sazon contains garlic powder but I love adding extra garlic. Feel free to omit the garlic powder.
    • Vinegar – If you don’t have vinegar, feel free to use lime juice instead.
    labeled recipe ingredients.

    Step-By-Step Instructions

    1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F. and spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray.
    2. Drizzle the pork chops with olive oil and vinegar on both sides.
    3. In a small bowl, combine the sazon, adobo, cumin, oregano, and garlic powder.
    4. Season the pork chops on both sides with the spice mixture.
    5. Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes flipping halfway or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
    6. Allow the pork chops to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Top Tips For The Perfect Air Fryer Chuletas

    • Allow the pork chops to sit at room temperature for at least 20 minutes before cooking.
    • Be careful not to overcook the pork chops. Overcooked pork chops are extremely dry and tough.
    • Feel free to season the pork chops the day before if you want them extra flavorful!
    • Keep in mind that every air fryer is different, my pork chops cooked perfectly in 8 minutes but your air fryer model may cook your pork chops quicker or slower.

    Storage and Reheating

Place any leftovers in an air-tight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days. To reheat, simply place the pork chops in the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees F. for 2-3 minutes.
