Air Fryer Chicken Wings
These air fryer chicken wings are coated in olive oil and a homemade spice rub, then air fried to perfection.
Super crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the ultimate snack or appetizer!
– Chicken wings
– Olive oil
– Baking powder
– Lemon pepper seasoning
– Garlic powder
– Onion powder
– Italian seasoning
In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt-free lemon pepper, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
Pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel and remove any excess moisture.
Coat the chicken wings in olive oil and the spice mixture. Mix well.
Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the chicken wings in the basket. Work in batches if you have to.
Tips and Recipe Variations
Take the chicken wings out of the fridge at least 20 minutes before cooking. The chicken wings shouldn’t be too cold when they go in the air fryer.
