I love these garlic parmesan wings. How can I not? If I had to move to an island and could only take two ingredients, parmesan and garlic would be it. Of course I seasoned the chicken wings with spices and I tossed them in some melted garlic butter. I served them with chipotle ranch dressing and it really worked.
Baked Parmesan Garlic Wings
Garlic and Parmesan match so well together, so having them served with wings is a given. These wings are great baked and are better than restaurant quality because you get to control the spice level and proportions.
Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken wings
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/8 tsp chili powder
- salt and pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Instructions

- Combine the granulated garlic, dried parsley, chili powder, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chicken in a large bowl and toss to thoroughly coat the chicken.
- Lay the chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet with a rack and place it in the oven for 50 minutes or until fully cooked through.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated garlic, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
