Baked Garlic Parmesan wings that are better than restaurant quality!

I love these garlic parmesan wings. How can I not? If I had to move to an island and could only take two ingredients, parmesan and garlic would be it. Of course I seasoned the chicken wings with spices and I tossed them in some melted garlic butter. I served them with chipotle ranch dressing and it really worked.

Garlic and Parmesan cheese pair super well together

Garlic and Parmesan match so well together, so having them served with wings is a given. These wings are great baked and are better than restaurant quality because you get to control the spice level and proportions.

    Ingredients

    • 2 lb chicken wings
    • 1 tsp granulated garlic
    • 1 tsp dried parsley
    • 1/8 tsp chili powder
    • salt and pepper
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • 2 tbsp olive oil

    Garlic Parmesan Sauce

    • 2 tbsp melted butter
    • 1 tsp granulated garlic
    • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    • salt and pepper

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
    • Combine the granulated garlic, dried parsley, chili powder, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chicken in a large bowl and toss to thoroughly coat the chicken.
    • Lay the chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet with a rack and place it in the oven for 50 minutes or until fully cooked through.
    • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated garlic, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
    • When the chicken wings are fully cooked through, toss them in the butter mixture and place it back in the oven for an additional 10 minutes
