These cream cheese Nutella cookies are super soft and delicious. Light and perfectly fluffy cookies made with just a handful of ingredients. You won’t be able to eat just one!
When I first took these cream cheese Nutella cookies out of the oven, I thought they were so ugly! But a little powdered sugar helped these become a little more appealing. Usually, foods that don’t look the best are the tastiest and that’s a fact! Don’t argue with me. Did I mention that there are no eggs required? I just love this recipe. If you don’t have Nutella on hand, feel free to use peanut butter or jam.
Ingredients
- All-purpose flour
- Granulated Sugar
- Nutella
- Vanilla Extract
- Cream Cheese – softened
- Unsalted Butter – softened
How to Make
Cream the butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and all-purpose flour and mix until well combined. Place the cookie dough into a plastic bag and refrigerate for one hour. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees F. Using a cookie scoop, scoop the dough out and roll into 1-inch balls. Make indentation of each cookie with thumb. Fill each indentation with 1 tsp Nutella. Use two spoons or piping bag to pour in the Nutella. Bake for 12 minutes. Let the cookies slightly cool before enjoying. Sprinkle with some powdered sugar, if desired.
