I love easy salmon recipes and this is hands down the easiest one I’ve ever made. The salmon bites cooked perfectly in just 5 minutes!

    Why You’ll Love This Recipe

    • Salmon is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids and protein.
    • It’s low carb and keto-friendly.
    • Can be enjoyed as an appetizer, snack, or dinner.
    • It’s super delicious and easy to make!

    Ingredient Notes

    • Salmon – I used skinless salmon fillets and sliced them into 2-inch chunks. Fresh or frozen salmon works for this recipe just make sure to thaw completely. Allow the salmon to rest at room temperature for at least 20 minutes before cooking.
    • Olive Oil – Adds flavor and helps the seasoning adhere to the salmon.
    • Cajun Seasoning – Store-bought or homemade works.
    • Lemon – It helps brighten the flavors!

Top Tips For The Perfect Air Fryer Salmon Bites

    • Try to use even-sized salmon fillets for even cooking, you don’t want to use a combination of flat and thick salmon pieces.
    • Overcooking the salmon bites will result in dry salmon, so make sure you don’t overcook it.
    • If you’re not a fan of Cajun seasoning, use salt and pepper or your favorite spice blend.

    Storage

Place any leftovers in an air-tight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days. To reheat, place the salmon bites in the air fryer and heat for 1-2 minutes at 400 degrees F.
