Why You’ll Love These Air Fryer Frozen Vegetables

    • Vegetables are filled with nutrients, minerals, and vitamins. In other words, they’re very healthy!
    • You can season them to your liking once they’re done cooking. Think butter, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, or just salt and pepper.
    • Air frying is a lot easier than steaming, roasting, or sauteeing!
    • They’re crispy, tender, and taste so fresh!
    • You can serve them with almost any dish.

    Ingredient Notes

Frozen Vegetables – I used two 10-ounce bags of California blend frozen vegetables. It included broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, zucchini, and yellow squash. Feel free to use any type of frozen veggies.

    How To Make

    1. Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray and preheat to 400 degrees F. for 5 minutes.
    2. Place the frozen vegetables in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes. Once the 10 minutes are up, shake the air fryer basket and then cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables are hot and crispy. Season them and enjoy!

    Top Tips

    • Don’t thaw the vegetables otherwise they will become mushy. They should be completely frozen when they go into the air fryer basket.
    • The second the vegetables come out of the air fryer, season them and drizzle them with a little bit of olive oil if desired.
    • You can get very creative with the seasonings, a sprinkling of fresh parmesan and lemon juice is a great idea too.
    • Cook the vegetables in a single layer and don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.

    Storage

Place any leftover vegetables in an air-tight container and refrigerate for up to 4 days. To reheat, pop it in the air fryer and cook for 3-4 minutes at 400 degrees F.
