This recipe is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or even dinner! I love serving this quiche with mimosas and roasted baby potatoes for special occasions like Easter. INGREDIENT NOTES

    • Eggs – You’ll need 6 large eggs for this recipe.
    • Ham – Diced ham or chunks of ham work. Feel free to use turkey instead.
    • Cheese – I really like gruyere cheese for this recipe but you can use any type of cheese you prefer. Cheddar and swiss are great choices.
    • Half and Half – If you don’t have half and half on hand, feel free to use heavy cream.
    • Oil – You’ll need melted butter, oil, or nonstick spray to grease your baking dish.
    • Salt – I recommend Kosher salt.
six eggs, gruyere cheese, ham, and half and half.

    TOP TIPS

    • Make sure to grease your baking dish generously so the quiche doesn’t stick. Grease the sides of your dish as well.
    • To ensure a soft and creamy texture, be careful not to overbake the quiche.
    • Feel free to include spinach, peppers, mushrooms, etc.

HOW LONG DO I BAKE IT FOR?

I baked it for exactly 45 minutes at 350 degrees F but keep in mind that every oven is different. Bake your quiche until the center is just about set. I would start checking it at the 40-minute mark.

    STORAGE

You can enjoy this quiche warm or at room temperature. However, if you have any leftovers, allow them to cool completely, transfer to an air-tight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Simply reheat in the oven or microwave until heated through.
