Summer’s fast approaching and you need this pineapple banana smoothie recipe in your repertoire. Not only is this super refreshing, but it is also delicious and healthy. The best part of it all, it only requires only four ingredients. Did I mention it takes about five minutes to make? I highly recommend using frozen pineapple chunks with no added sugars. You want your smoothie to be smooth and cold without the usage of ice.

How to Make Pineapple Banana Smoothie

    1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. It’s that easy.

    Ingredients You’ll Need:

    • Frozen Pineapples
    • Milk
    • Greek Vanilla Yogurt
    • Banana

frozen pineapples, milk, yogurt, and banana on a blue and white board.

Smoothies usually taste super creamy and fruity. Not a fan of milk? Use almond milk. Smoothie bowls are delicious as well and can be made with this exact recipe. Just add about 1 cup of smoothie to a bowl and load it with fresh fruit and shredded coconut and nuts.

What Other Ingredients Can I Add to This Smoothie?

    • Protein Powder
    • Chia Seeds
    • Flax Seeds
    • Carrots (shredded)
