    This crockpot spinach artichoke dip is fresh spinach, lots of cheese, and artichokes cooked in the slow cooker. It’s rich, creamy, garlicky, and super easy to put together!

    Enjoy it with chips, crackers, or toasted baguette slices. It’s hands down the best appetizer or side dish!

    When you combine spinach and artichokes you’re bound to end up with something delicious. If you find yourself with lots of fresh or frozen spinach then you need to make this crockpot spinach artichoke dip and this spinach artichoke dip bread.

    • Add all of the ingredients to the crockpot and cover. Cook on high for 1 hour or on low for 2-3 hours.
    • Uncover and stir until well combined, check for seasoning and enjoy!

    • Don’t have spinach on hand? Use fresh kale instead for a different flavor.
    • Make sure to give the spinach a rough chop before adding it to the crockpot.
    • If you find that the dip is too white and cheesy after mixing it, stir in more spinach!
