Cheese Garlic Biscuits are the ultimate snack and side. Stuffed with lots of fresh and granulated garlic, butter, milk, and cheddar cheese.

Serve these with this delicious creamy garlic salmon and shrimp. No such thing as too much garlic.

I love cheese and bread probably more than anything else in the entire world. Perfectly cooked and well-seasoned salmon is another one of my weaknesses.

You may enjoy these cheesy biscuits on their own or serve them with creamy lemon shrimp pasta or honey butter fried chicken.

Garlic and cheese are two ingredients that almost every human on planet earth just can’t resist. So let’s please the people and give them what they want. Soft garlic cheesy biscuits with an amazing crumb.

How To Make Cheese Biscuits

Cheese biscuits are a must at your Holiday table and they only take a few steps.

  • In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, granulated garlic, oregano, salt, and fresh minced garlic.
  • Stir in the whole milk and melted unsalted butter.
  • Fold in the cheddar cheese.
  • Using an ice cream scoop, scoop about 1/4 cup of the dough and place it on a baking sheet. Do this until you run out of dough. This recipe makes about 8 biscuits.
  • Brush the biscuits with butter and bake for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are fully cooked through.

What Can You Serve With These Garlic Cheese Biscuits

I would serve a creamy rich pasta like lobster mac and cheese or a simple paneer salad with these delicious biscuits. It all depends. However, I highly recommend serving these at Thanksgiving and Christmas, basically any large gathering. If you want to impress your guests, serve them these cheese biscuits.
