Chicken thighs are one of my favorite cuts of chicken, and the fact that they’re usually super affordable makes me love them even more. I’ll choose thighs over chicken breasts almost every time because the meat is so much more tender, juicy, and flavorful.
They’re also really hard to mess up, which is always a win when you’re trying to get dinner on the table without overthinking it. Chicken breasts can go from juicy to dry in what feels like two seconds, while thighs are much more forgiving.
They work with just about any seasoning, sauce, or cooking method, so I always feel like there’s something new I can do with them. If you want a cheap, easy, and seriously delicious protein to keep in your dinner rotation, chicken thighs are it!
