    Top Tips

    • Taste the honey-chipotle sauce before adding it to the shrimp. If it’s too spicy, add more honey. If it’s not spicy enough, add 1/2 chipotle pepper to the sauce mixture.
    • Make sure to use raw shrimp.
    • Pat dry the shrimp with a paper towel and remove any excess moisture before seasoning.
    • Don’t have chipotle sauce on hand? Use sriracha instead.

    Can I Use Frozen Shrimp?

I highly recommend using fresh or fully thawed shrimp.

How Do You Know When The Shrimp Are Cooked?

Shrimp cook extremely quickly but once it turns pink it’s fully cooked through.

Do I Have To Remove The Shrimp Tails?

That’s completely optional, feel free to remove the tails or leave them on.

    Storage

Place any leftovers in an air-tight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
