This four cheese pasta is made with four types of cheese, garlic, cream, and tagliatelle pasta. A rich and delicious dish that’s perfect for feeding a crowd!

Other mouth-watering pasta recipes include creamy shrimp alfredo pasta and 4 cheese mac and cheese.

Hear me out, this is the creamiest and easiest pasta recipe you’ll ever make! I make this recipe every Christmas and serve it with prime rib. The best part about this recipe is the fact that there are no flour or thickening agents required! The sauce is so good on its own you can literally serve it with some carrot sticks or any veggies and enjoy a low-carb meal. If you love Fettuccine Alfredo and Mac and Cheese, then you will love this!

Four Types of Cheese You’ll Need

    • Gorgonzola Cheese – you’ll only need a small amount because it’s super potent but adds amazing flavor! You can also use bleu cheese instead.
    • Parmesan Cheese
    • Smoked Gouda Cheese
    • Sharp Cheddar Cheese – Make sure to grate it yourself.

Top Tips For The Ultimate Four Cheese Pasta

    • Cook the pasta until al-dente.
    • Use fresh minced garlic.
    • Let the cream thicken before adding the cheese.
    • Turn off the heat before adding the cheese.
    • Stir in the cheese well before adding the pasta.
    • If you don’t have tagliatelle pasta use fettuccine, rigatoni, or thick spaghetti.

What Can I Serve This With?

I highly recommend serving this with some type of meat on the side. This pasta is so rich that it’s best enjoyed as a side dish, although you may certainly serve it as a main course. Air fryer steak or crispy chicken cutlets would go great with this. A simple salad and garlic bread would hit the spot too!

    Enjoy!
