Julie,
What is the per serving by the nutritional facts?
I have been on a low-carb diet since January and breakfast has gotten quite boring. This pancakes I have found to be delicious. My 10-year-old granddaughter liked everything about them except for the consistency I wish we can make the coconut flour a little bit smoother, do you have any ideas?
Hi Rose,
I have the nutritional facts at the bottom of the recipe which is just an estimate and may not be 100 percent accurate. As for the coconut flour, I would recommend sifting the flour for a smoother consistency 🙂
Out of this world! My diabetic father loved these 🙂
That makes me so happy! Thanks for the comment Anna 🙂
Wow Julie! These were excellent. I just made them but I added vanilla bean paste yum!! Thanks again
Thanks, Michelle! Glad you enjoyed these.
EXCELLENT recipe. Which do you prefer, xylitol or erythritol? I’ve heard xylitol if not from burch/birch tree can spike blood sugar.
Thank you so much, Mary! To be honest I prefer erythritol. I actually like the powdered erythritol for baking. And I didn’t know that about xylitol. Thanks for that information.
