In case you haven’t noticed, I absolutely love my air fryer! I recently made this air fryer whole chicken and these air fryer jalapeno poppers. If you don’t own one yet, I really hope you get one soon.

Why I Love These Air Fryer Cheese Curds

    • Sometimes cheese curds can be super salty, therefore I didn’t add any salt to this recipe. It’s perfect with just a little granulated garlic.
    • I absolutely love to serve these with caramel sauce. That sweet and salty combo is perfection!
    • They cook in just 4 minutes and only requires 5 ingredients.

    Ingredient Notes

Cheese Curds – I prefer to use white cheddar cheese curds but feel free to use the yellow ones instead or a mixture.

Bread Crumbs – I highly recommend using panko bread crumbs.

Ingredients, flour, cheese curds, eggs, garlic powder, and bread crumbs.

    Top Tips

    • Make sure to coat the cheese curds really well with the bread crumbs. You shouldn’t be able to see the eggs or flour.
    • If you’re using larger cheese curds cook for 4 minutes at 350 degrees, If using smaller cheese curds, cook for 3 minutes. Avoid cooking small and large cheese curds at the same time.
    • I highly recommend making these and enjoying them immediately. They taste best straight out of the air fryer but let them cool for about a minute before digging in!
    • Drizzle a little honey on top!

Where Can I Purchase Cheese Curds?

I’m sure you can order them online but I found some in the cheese section at Aldi supermarket.
