Bang Bang Shrimp is my favorite appetizer at Bonefish Grill! Crispy fried shrimp tossed in a creamy sweet and spicy mayo served on a bed of fresh lettuce.
Saucy Shrimp is another bonefish grill favorite!
Every time I go to Bonefish Grill, I just have to order bang bang shrimp. I even enjoy the lettuce under the shrimp because it gets coated with the sauce. The bang bang sauce is super good. Made with only three ingredients which include mayo, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
This recipe is on the spicy side but you can reduce the amount of sriracha and add more sweet chili sauce if you think it’s too spicy. You can play around with the sauce until it tastes perfect.
