Are Yams And Sweet Potatoes The Same Thing?

Yes, yams are in fact sweet potatoes, and these candied yams are one of my most popular holiday recipes!

Why Does Sweet Potato Casserole Need Eggs?

It makes it smoother and creamier! I highly recommend adding eggs.
