Some of my favorite air fryer recipes include air fryer scallops, air fryer filet mignon, and air fryer turkey wings. Whether it’s fish, beef, turkey, or lamb, my air fryer cooks it to perfection!

Why I Love These Air Fryer Lamb Chops

    • It’s super easy to make and is packed with flavor, keto-friendly, and low carb.
    • A restaurant-quality meal. Pairs wonderfully with creamy mashed potatoes and honey roasted carrots.
    • Lamb chops are juicy, tender, and a rich source of protein.
    • Each lamb chop can be cooked medium, medium-rare, or well done.

    Ingredient Notes

Lamb Chops – Although you could cook an entire rack of lamb I highly recommend slicing the chops individually for this recipe.

Rosemary – Dried or fresh works!

    How To Make

    1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
    2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, fresh minced garlic, and rosemary. Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
    3. Brush the lamb chops with the oil mixture and let it rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking.
    4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the lamb chops in the basket in a single layer. Cook for 4 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Enjoy!

    Top Tips

    • Make sure the lamb chops aren’t cold otherwise they will cook unevenly.
    • Season the lamb chops generously with Kosher salt and fresh black pepper for best results.
    • You can use any type of oil you have on hand for this recipe.
    • Place any leftovers in an air-tight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.

What Temperature Do Lamb Chops Need To Be Cooked To?

Lamb chops should be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F.

Normally I’m not a fan of lamb, but this recipe was the best. So nice and juicy and flavourful. Will definitely make it again. Thanks for sharing.
