    Air Fryer Steak Tips

If you’ve been following me for a while then you know I’m obsessed with air fryer recipes. Some of my favorites include air fryer chicken thighs, air fryer scallops, and air fryer pork belly. What I love most about these steak tips is that it comes together so quickly and requires only 3 ingredients!

    Ingredient Notes

Steak – Avoid using cut-up beef stew meat. Get a nice piece of boneless steak such as sirloin or filet mignon and slice it yourself.

Garlic – Fresh and finely minced.

Salt and Pepper – I recommend using Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper.

    How To Serve

You can serve these steak tips as an appetizer or main course. If serving this as a main course, enjoy it with creamy mashed potatoes and honey roasted carrots.

    Top Tips

    • Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F. before adding the steak tips to the basket.
    • Let the meat rest at room temperature for at least 20 minutes before cooking.
    • Season the steak tips generously with salt and pepper. If you don’t have fresh garlic on hand, use granulated garlic instead.
    • Want more flavor? Season the steak with steak seasoning or Cajun seasoning.
    • I like my steak medium-rare so I cooked the steak tips for 2 minutes on each side. If you like it medium, cook for 3 minutes on each side. For well done, cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
    • Allow the meat to rest for 2-3 minutes before slicing into it.

    Storage

Place any leftovers in an air-tight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days. To reheat, simply place it in the microwave or reheat it in the air fryer at 400 degrees F. for 1-2 minutes.
